SGP aims to transfer a SharePoint Online site from a partner's server to the Société du Grand Paris server using the Sharegate Desktop tool, while ensuring that the functionality and scope of the site is maintained. The objectives of the project include the repatriation of the existing site and its data, the facilitation of collaboration in documentary spaces, the sharing of information between stakeholders and the implementation of refined permission management. Our approach, guided by tight commercial deadlines, required completing the entire implementation in 7 weeks.
