Dashboard rollout

Vermeg's senior management tasked us with creating dashboards to monitor both business activities and collection efforts. The solution must consolidate data from Vermeg's various internal management systems into a single data warehouse, allowing senior management to easily track the progress of commercial pipelines and trends in collections activities. Our approach includes holding functional workshops to validate key metrics and depth of historical data, developing scripts to feed data into dashboards, and configuring dashboards. Additionally, we will create a design charter and graphics, synchronize and plan all components, define and implement a test strategy, execute test plans, compile a test report, deploy the solution to the environment production, and will write a complete user manual.
