The national observatory of entreprises

As part of Tunisian-German international cooperation, the GIZ Office in Tunis, through its Digital Transformation Program in Tunisia, supports the digital transformation of the National Business Register (RNE) and its affiliated structures. This project aims to establish a National Business Observatory in Tunisia. The main objectives of the Observatory are to provide detailed and up-to-date data on companies, to develop dashboards with essential indicators to assess the economic situation of companies in Tunisia, to publish various national and international studies, and to create a secure public and private space to access sensitive company data. The main data sources for this project include the APII investment declaration and business creation databases, the CNSS databases, the RNE database (legal data only), and the databases of the Ministry of Industry, such as the Modernization Office and the Business Center.
