Logistics KPI
In response to this imperative, ELIS, the European leader in the rental and maintenance of professional textiles as well as hygiene and well-being equipment, aims to establish a Data Warehouse (DWH) to consolidate the operational data of different sites of the group and extract key performance indicators for management.
To meet this need, the first major phase of the project consisted of consolidating and validating the data coming from the different Elis operational systems. The second important phase of the project involved the exploitation of this aggregated data in the new DWH by creating decision support dashboards.
