ANETI aims to implement a new tool using statistical skills profiling to integrate into its support and guidance system for job seekers. The solution should include two types of models: profiling models, which assess a labor market vulnerability score for each job seeker, and targeting models, which determine the appropriate pathway to offer to each job seeker. job. This solution aims to simplify and optimize support and orientation services based on the priorities and qualifications of job seekers. The project will cover all stages of design, development and deployment of the target solution in the ANETI information system.

Our approach consists of calculating a profiling score, measuring each job seeker's distance from the labor market and the risk of long-term unemployment in the absence of support measures. Job seekers with the highest scores will be identified for intensive measures. In addition, we will calculate recommendation scores, measuring the chances of finding a job with or without participation in various support measures. The program chosen will be the one that guarantees the best chances of returning to employment for the job seeker.
