The implementation of dashboards
Medis Laboratories aims to meticulously track the activities of medical delegates, such as visits to healthcare professionals and events, and to analyze the impact of these prospecting operations on the company's turnover by product and by region. In addition, they seek to compare the results obtained with the objectives and to establish alert mechanisms for supervisors. To achieve this, we will collect requirements and design a functional and technical architecture that takes into account user needs and available data sources. This includes designing and populating a centralized data warehouse for reporting and developing a dashboard iteratively to reconcile different data sources and compare key KPIs. The results will allow rigorous monitoring of prospecting campaigns, centralized analysis of the various production, marketing and market share indicators, and optimization of strategic decisions concerning the production, storage and distribution channels of Medis pharmaceutical products. .
